All intellectual property created by Oceaniek Technologies remains the property of Oceaniek Technologies until full payment has been received, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

4. Liability

Oceaniek Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of business, revenue, goodwill, or data arising out of or related to the use of our services.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Projects may involve third-party platforms, tools, APIs, hosting services, and integrations. Oceaniek Technologies is not responsible for:

  • Changes in third-party policies or pricing
  • Downtime, outages, or service interruptions
  • Additional costs imposed by third-party providers
